How are you coping with the pain, confusion, and grief of the post-October 7 world? One way of navigating the feelings is through Adas Yoshuron’s monthly Writing Group. Sessions include ten minutes to write, based on prompts, followed by discussion, and end with prayers for healing. Previous writing experience is not necessary and sharing what you’ve written is optional. A different participant each month will bring us a poem, prose, a piece of art, or some music as a writing prompt. Bring pen and paper. Led by Deb Shepherd and Rabbi Lorin.
