Charoset from Around the World: A Tasting

  • Adas Yoshuron Synagogue (map)

Are you used to serving your family’s traditional charoset recipe featuring apples, nuts, and wine at Passover? Have you ever tried adding blueberries? Coriander? Coconut? Shallots?

Guided by Food and Jewish Culture chair Judy Stein, we are hosting a fabulous charoset potluck tasting featuring recipes from around the world. We’re looking for individuals and families to choose a RECIPE or region from the list. You can choose a recipe that’s new to you, or one that you’re familiar with that represents your family’s background. Once you choose a region, we’ll send you the recipe. Got a recipe that’s not on our list that you want to make? Send us an email at programming@adasyoshuron.orgPlease let us know what you plan to bring so we can have a full list of the varieties to share with the tasters.

It's going to be a delicious evening! Come savor the amazing flavors! It's never to early to get your Pesach on!
